THM4 has four courtyards which, along with our parking spaces, make up our common areas.  You’re sure to notice the many locked gates throughout our complex, so hopefully you have been provided a gate key.  If not, you can obtain one from a board member.  We hope you will also see that board members, our landscape committee, and many residents pitch in to keep our common areas looking their best for everyone's enjoyment.  No personal belongings, trash, or garbage/recycle cans are allowed on the common areas.  Our bylaws spell out the dog-walking restrictions. Finally, you should note that THM4 contracts with a private company that treats for mosquitoes throughout the complex.
